  • Secure TopBand and hold the handles with both hands. As you breathe out, pull both arms back with your elbows leading the motion out wide and backward as far as you can. Then, reverse the motion slowly back to the start position.

  • Rotate your thumbs inward or outward in the end position, elbows backward.
