  • Secure one side of TopBand and stand beside it. Hold the handle with your far hand parallel to the floor. Start by flexing your elbow and bringing your palm close to your chest. Keep your shoulder stationary, and breathe out while extending your arm at the elbow until it is fully extended out to your side.Reverse the motion slowly to start position.
