Abs
  • Secure one side of TopBand then brace your core in a plank position. With your arm fully extended in front of you, breathe out and pull your elbow backward close to your torso. Reverse the motion slowly back to start position.

  • Change your legs stance- wider stance is easier, narrow stance or one leg is harder.
