  • Secure TopBand and hold the other end handle with a straight arm , bend over with your upper body. Pull your hand toward hip while having almost straight arm and slowly return to starting position

  • Change grips positions- thumb facing out, facing forward, facing in or rotation.
  • Change your torso position - parallel to the ground to completely straight .
