  • Secure one side of the band and grab the other side with your hands. Bend over while maintaining a straight back and in a wide legs stance with feet pointed slightly out .Breathe out and push through your hip by squeezing your glutes. Reverse the motion slowly back to start position.

  • change your stance position from wider to narrow stance.
