  • Secure the band and hold the other end handle at shoulder height. Breathe out and push your hand straight up. Reverse the motion slowly to starting position.

  • Change arms positions - narrow stance, elbow close to your torso.
  • Change grips positions- thumb facing back, facing in , facing out or rotation.
