HANDS SQUEEZE


Chest
  • Wear theTopBand over your back and hold your arms out to the sides, with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle. Lock your hands together and squeeze as hard as you can. Push your hands forward. Then reverse the motion back to the starting position.

  • Top-Tip
  • Can be perform in different body position, standing , lying on the ground etc
  • Add a pair of dumbbells/plates to take this exercise to the extreme.
